A while back I told you I was taking a trip to Vegas for my sister Jen’s 30th birthday. There were 7 ladies on the long Memorial Day weekend trip set to party. Because the trip seemed more like vacation and less like a birthday party I wanted to be sure I brought with me some details to ring in the celebration right. I surprised my sister and the others by decorating her room with balloons, alcohol, festive bev naps, a special shot glass to call her own, a warning taped door, and goodie bags for each guest. Inside the goodie bags were a customized oversized tank (perfect for poolside), a labeled water bottle to help keep us hydrated, gum, and some sweet stuff. For Jen’s birthday dinner I ordered 2 dozen miniature cupcakes from a local bakery and had them delivered to the hotel, the candles read Oh no the big 30! And because what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas – the rest of the deats we’ll leave to the imagination.
Lastly, because being fabulous takes team work, a special thank you to the talented Shannon Stockbridge for the t-shirt and water bottle copy and Team Screen of Brooklyn for printing the tanks!
